You can also rent our two lovingly designed holiday flats together; they are ideal for large or a group of families and who are travelling together but still want to enjoy some peace and quiet.
The LIVIA flat is on the first floor and offers a unique view of the surrounding Tyrolean mountains, whilst the NEVIO flat is on the ground floor with a beautiful view of the property’s own garden.

The NEVIO apartment, named after our son, is located on the ground floor of our vacation home and offers a beautiful view of the garden. The apartment offers a practical layout and plenty of space to relax. Let the sun wake you up in the morning and start a stimulating vacation day after a shared breakfast in the spacious kitchen.

Our little daughter LIVIA is crazy about the mountains. That is why we have named the upper floor apartment with its breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains after her. Check-in and check-out
Our apartments are available from 3Â p.m. on the day of arrival. We kindly ask you to inform us about your approximate time of arrival.
On the day of departure we ask you to vacate the apartments by 10Â a.m.
Children
Children age 3 and up are considered full guests because of the space they need. The standard prices apply. For children under 3 years of age, we are happy to provide a baby crib upon request (subject to availability).
Parties/events
We ask for your understanding that no parties or events are allowed in our vacation apartments.
Pets
Out of consideration for other guests, pets are not allowed in the Apart Alp Line.
Quiet time
Please respect the quiet hours between 11Â p.m. and 7Â a.m. and avoid noise.
Smoking
No smoking is allowed in our apartments. You may smoke on the balcony and in the garden.
Ski equipment
You can store your ski equipment in our heated ski cellar, which also has a modern ski boot dryer.
